Glenn E. Forbes has been practicing Bankruptcy law for over thirty (30) years.  After his admission to the Ohio bar, he immediately began practicing Bankruptcy law.  Although other types of cases have sent him to the Municipal and Common Pleas Courts, and the United States District Court as well as State and Federal Appeals Courts, Bankruptcy has become a bigger and bigger part of his practice.  He has taught Bankruptcy law to paralegal students at Lake Erie College and Lakeland Community College as well as lecturing to lawyers and other professionals in continuing education seminars. He approaches client debt problems in a multi-dimensional fashion, considering not only Bankruptcy options, but also settlement or workout options or, in the appropriate case the “doing nothing” option.
