Linda D. Cooper has spent much of her legal career in the Family Law field and is a Certified Domestic Relations Practitioner. She brings to Bankruptcy practice a unique understanding of the interplay between Family Law and Bankruptcy Law. Her practice has taken her to Common Pleas Courts and Appeals Courts around the State of Ohio. She has served as a Referee and Acting Judge in the Willoughby Municipal Court, and has served as an instructor at Lakeland Community College as well as a speaker on Family Law and Legal Ethics in seminars for both lawyers and lay persons. She graduated from Eastern Kentucky University in 1975 and from Cleveland Marshall Law School in 1977. She was admitted to the Oho Bar in 1978 and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court in the Northern District of Ohio and the United States Supreme Court.
